MEXICAN DISH 
2 lbs. ground hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 can ranch style beans
1 pkg. corn tortillas (6 to 10)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped

Brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper to taste. Lay six tortillas on bottom of 9 x 12 x 13 pan; layer with meat, beans, onions, and cheese. Put rest of tortillas on top and spread cream of chicken soup on top of tortillas. Add Rotel tomatoes and top with more cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
