CHICKEN STEW | |
1 chicken 1 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper 6 carrots 6 med. potatoes 1 lb. sm. onions (12) 1 can cream of chicken soup Bay leaf Clean chicken, peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Put chicken in roasting pan. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Pour undiluted soup over chicken. Cover and put in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Put in onions, carrots and potatoes. Cover and bake another hour. Remove cover. Put back in oven for 15 minutes. |
