24 cupcake liners 24 vanilla wafers 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can pie filling 1/2 c. sliced nuts; optional Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line cupcake tins with liners. IF you use aluminum liner, you don't need holders. Place wafer in bottom. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until set. Spoonful filling; chill. |
