PEACH JELLO 
1 lg. pkg. (8 oz.) peach Jello
1/2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
9 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. pecans

Heat Jello with crushed pineapple, including liquid. Add buttermilk. Heat but do not boil. Add 1/2 package dissolved Knox gelatin. Set until almost thick. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
