CAN'T FAIL FUDGE IN 5 MINUTES 
2/3 c. milk (canned)
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. marshmallows
1 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Combine 2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk, 1 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Then boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 c. (16 medium) diced marshmallows, 1 1/2 six oz. packages. 1 1/2 cups Bakers chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir until marshmallows melt and fudge is well blended. Pour in a greased 8 x 8 inch dish.
