NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. water
1 beaten egg
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.), about 2 c.
1 Keebler graham crust

In small bowl blend milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Blend in milk mixture. Stir over low heat until thickened (approximately 5 minutes). Blend in pumpkin. Chill until firm. Garnish with Cool Whip.
