JUDY'S CRAB CAKES | |
1 egg Bread-cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. mustard Drops of Worcestershire sauce Old Bay seasoning 1 lb. crabmeat Mix all ingredients with crabmeat. Measurement of Old Bay to your taste. Measure of crumbs depends on your preference - some prefer mostly crab with little filler. Form into cakes, fry in fry pan in small amount of fat. Mixture should be 1/2 vegetable oil and 1/2 butter. Fry until lightly browned. |
