CHEESY CREAMED SPINACH 
3 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (1-1 1/2 oz.) env. onion soup mix
2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain. Combine onion soup mix and sour cream. Spoon spinach into 2 quart casserole and top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
