CREAMED SPINACH 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 med. onion, diced
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can of undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until golden and soft. Cook spinach according to directions, adding 1/2 teaspoon sugar to cooking water. Drain spinach well, pressing it against a strainer with a spoon. Add spinach to onion, stir, add mushroom soup, sour cream and other ingredients. Mix well. Add more soup or sour cream to taste or to get the consistency you want. Reheat in the top of a double boiler and serve topped with chopped hard cooked egg if desired. Serve 4-5.
