PANTRY POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Boil potatoes until tender; mash. Beat sour cream and cheese together. Add to hot potatoes and beat until smooth. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper. Pour into greased dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
