LIME - COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained & diced
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until gelatin begins to thicken. Whip gelatin until light and fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled 6 cup mold or 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce.
