PARTY RYE ROUNDS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tbsp. oregano
Party rye bread

Remove sausage from casing. Cook. Add ground beef and cook until done. Drain. Add cheese and oregano and blend well. Put the meat mixture on rye rounds and it can be either frozen on cookie sheets until needed or bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
