PAUL BUNYAN BUBBLE RING 
1/2 c. jelly or preserves
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bundt pan with no stick cooking spray. Place jelly in 1 cup glass measure; microwave for 1 minute. Carefully remove and set aside. In second 1 cup glass measure, combine peanut butter, butter and honey; microwave for 1 minute. Stir until mixture is smooth.

Separate each can of biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces with scissors. Place one-half of the biscuit pieces in bottom of prepared pan. Drizzle half of the melted jelly and then half of the peanut butter mixture over top of biscuits. Top with remaining biscuit pieces; drizzle with remaining jelly and peanut butter mixture.

Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Carefully invert onto plate. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
