PAT'S SHRIMP CREOLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in large skillet. Add bell pepper and onion, saute until tender. Add shrimp. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in low and medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
