HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3 lb. round steak, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. thyme
Bay leaf
Stewed tomatoes

Cook all together on low about 5 hours. One half hour before serving mix in 1 cup sour cream. Serve over noodles.
