SALMON STEAKS 
4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. paprika
Parsley, chopped fine (optional)
Salt & pepper, as desired (lightly)

Place 4 salmon steaks in shallow baking dish. Blend melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion, paprika together. Brush over salmon steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, turning steaks about mid-time and brushing again. Pass remaining sauce.

I have used this on salmon roasts and wrapped them in foil.
