CORDY'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm milk
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon - sugar
1/2 c. butter for inside
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour

Mix yeast with water; add salt and sugar until yeast is dissolved. Add to butter and egg. Add flour one cup at a time. Knead for a little while then cover and let rise for 1 hour. Roll out long and spread melted butter and cinnamon - sugar. Roll and cut. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
