OVERNIGHT LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 head cauliflower, cut small
2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sugar, sprinkled on top

Do not stir or mix until ready to serve. Refrigerate overnight or all day. Mix when ready to eat.
