CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
Sweet potatoes (no. desired)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Sugar
White Karo

Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water until almost tender. Peel and cut (if desired) into thick slices. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle (amount your family desires) with cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.

Pour in white Karo around the sides of the potatoes until it gets to top of potatoes. Cook in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes at end of half.
