Sprinkle drummetts with garlic powder. Cook at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 cup honey together and pour over drummetts. Continue to bake one hour in oven.

I often do last part in crock pot, especially if you are taking them some place.
