HAM AND NOODLES 
1 lb. cheese, pasteurized process cheese, cubed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 can celery soup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 qt. skim milk
12 oz. dry wide noodles
2 lbs. ham, ground or cut in fine pieces

In saucepan, combine cheese, butter, flour, soup, mustard and milk. Heat only until cheese melts. Cook noodles, according to package directions. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, put drained noodles, topping with ham. Pour sauce over mixture and mix slightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 15.
