HOT SHRIMP APPETIZERS 
7 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) can shrimp or you can use cooked chopped shrimp
English muffins

Meat butter and Cheez Whiz; add all other ingredients. Let cool. Spread on 12 halves of English muffins. Cut each half into quarters. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and freeze. Pour into a freezer bag.

To cook, place frozen muffins on an ungreased cookie sheet and place under the broiler until bubbly and lightly brown.

These are super also made with crabmeat. Nice to have on hand for a snack or to serve unexpected company. Warning! You cannot eat just one!
