HOT ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley (optional)
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, parsley and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Fold in artichokes. Spoon into ungreased 2 cups oven proof serving dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until spread is hot and bubbling. Spread on crackers or thinly sliced rounds of lightly toasted French bread. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
