CHEESY ARTICHOKE HEARTS
APPETIZER
 
2 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent rolls

Unroll and press into 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix together: 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 to 1 cup Miracle Whip, 1 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, and 1 (4 ounce) can drained and chopped green chilies. Spread on crust and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese melts. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into square and garnish with thin red pepper strips. Makes 3 dozen.
