ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
1 loaf party rye
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Begin with 1/2 loaf of bread. Toast on one side lightly. Chop artichoke hearts and combine with remaining ingredients. Spread on non-toasted side of bread and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
