PEACHY PICNIC SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach, trimmed, washed, dried
3 c. sliced fresh peaches, plums, nectarines and Bartlett pears
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. shelled nuts
Peaches in Cream Dressing

Arrange spinach, fruits, cheese, and nuts in salad bowl. Just before servings, pour dressing over; toss thoroughly. Six servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes.

PEACHES IN CREAM DRESSING
1/2 lb. fresh peaches, sliced (about 1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice and honey
1/4 tsp. ginger

Measure all ingredients into blender. Blend smooth. Place in covered container and refrigerate. Dressing will keep refrigerated up to 3 days. Use as salad dressing or as a dessert sauce for sliced fruits. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Twenty servings (1 tablespoon each). Preparation time: 5 minutes. Plan ahead: chill.
