MANDARIN CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson Oil
1 can mandarins with juice

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) box Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Cake: Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarins. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Frosting: Mix dry pudding mix with pineapples. Add Cool Whip. Mix well and spread over cake. Keeps well in refrigerator.
