MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix (don't add butter)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges & juice

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 (8 inch) round. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely!

TOPPING:

1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip

First sprinkle pudding over pineapple. Mix until pudding is moistened. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and then refrigerate.
