TURKEY OR CHICKEN MARSALA 
1 lb. pkg. turkey breast slices or 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry marsala wine
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. water

Put butter in skillet on medium heat. Cook turkey or chicken 3 minutes on each side. Combine flour, garlic and bouillon cubes (crushed) in bowl. Slowly add water and wine until smooth. Add to skillet, allow to thicken. Add mushrooms. Put turkey or chicken in skillet and allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, constantly stirring. If gravy thickens too much, add water, a 1/4 cup at a time. Serve with rice.
