HERBED VEGETABLE SAUTE | |
1 c. raw rice, cooked 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 1-2 celery stalks, chopped 1/2-1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1-2 carrots, sliced 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1 1/2-2 tbsp. ground toasted sesame seeds In oil or butter saute garlic, celery, onion, green pepper, carrots and mushrooms in a medium saute pan until vegetables are tender. Stir in all spices and sesame seeds. Mix well. Serve with soy sauce over rice. |
