HAND DIPPED CHOCOLATES 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter

Mix until creamy yellow until it makes a ball. Separate into small groups and flavor each as desired: (vanilla, chocolate, coconut, peppermint, cherries, nuts, etc.). Roll into small balls. Set in refrigerator 1 hour to chill. Then: melt in double boiler - 2 packages chocolate chips, 1/4 pound (short) paraffin. Remove balls from refrigerator. Dip each ball into chocolate mix with a fork. Set aside to set.
