CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
Flour
Legs and breasts of chicken
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. sugar
5 med. potatoes, pooled
5 carrots, quartered
Onion, to taste
1 green pepper, cut up
1 chicken bouillon cube; optional
Salt and pepper, to taste

Flour chicken; brown all sides in butter in fry pan. Place in large pan; add tomatoes, sugar, potatoes, carrots, onion, green pepper, bouillon cube, and seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer about 1 hour. Yields 4-5 servings.
