RUSSIAN ONION CHICKEN 
1 (16 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing (Kraft)
3 tbsp. apricot jam
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix dressing, jam and onion soup mix together. Place in baking dish. Add chicken. Mix so chicken is covered in sauce.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 20 minutes. Flip chicken after ten minutes and mix around sauce.

Enjoy!! Great with rice and steamed veg!
