MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 sm. jar picante (mild, med. or hot to taste)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chili powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. can ranch style beans
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. cornbread mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add onion, picante sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder to taste and simmer a few minutes. Pour into large casserole dish. Pour ranch style beans over meat evenly. Add grated cheese over beans. Mix cornbread mix as directed on package and pour over top of cheese evenly. Bake at 400 degrees until corn bread is golden brown.
