PINEAPPLE LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1/2 dozen chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Drain juice from pineapple into pan. Bring juice to a boil and add Jello. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Pour in bowl and chill.
