BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese Set broccoli on plate to defrost. Set oven temperature to 350 degrees. When broccoli is completely defrosted, then drain out all the water from it. In an ovenproof casserole dish, mix broccoli, soup mix, sour cream and 1/2 package of cheese. Put in oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, open oven and add rest of cheese and bake for 5 minutes more until cheese is melted. Take out and let cool for about 10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or fresh vegetables. |
