BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt butterscotch bits and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking pan.]

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
