SHRIMP NOODLE NEWBURG | |
1 can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained 1/4 c. dry sherry, optional 4 oz. med. noodles, cooked & drained 1/2 c. broken potato chips In medium saucepan combine soup and milk; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheese, mayonnaise and salt. Stir until cheese melts. Blend in sherry. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Break chips on top. Return to oven for additional 5 minutes. Serves 4. |
