2 eggs, hard boiled 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1 c. flour Press egg yolks through sieve. Add to creamed butter. Add sugar; gradually add flour. Dough will be stiff. Shape into 1 1/2-inch rolls. Roll on waxed paper. Roll in candy sprinkles. Slice 1/4-inch rounds and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. |
