MEXICAN CORNBREAD PIE 
CORNBREAD MIX:

2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
2 pkgs. Mrs. White Cornbread Mix

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. hamburger meat
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tbsp. oil
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oil in black skillet, place in oven to heat. In another pan, brown meat and drain. Mix cornbread as directed and pour half into hot skillet. Gently add meat, corn and place cheese on. Pour the other half of mixture on top of other ingredients. Place in oven and bake until browned on top, about 50 minutes.
