IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 half onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
Hot sauce and batter

Grease pie plate. Saute meat, chopped onions, and taco seasoning. Drain and spread in pan. Spread green chilies over meat, then spread cheese on top of chilies. Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs together. Pour over meat and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
