FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
6 whole eggs
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sweet milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut (Angel Flake)

Melt butter; add sugar, vinegar, milk, flavoring and eggs, then add coconut. Put in unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes then 325°F until done.

Makes 2 (10-inch) pies or 3 (9-inch) pies.
