FRESH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
3 c. apples, chopped fine
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add all other ingredients. This is a stiff dough.

Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350°F.

I use sour cream icing.
