TOFFEE CANDY | |
Saltine crackers 2 sticks butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 to 1 1/2 bags milk chocolate chips 1 bag Bits of Brickle Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Layer saltine crackers on pan. Melt butter; add brown sugar. Boil together for 3 minutes. Pour over saltines and cook at 375 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over mixture. When melted, spread evenly. Sprinkle brickle over top. Allow to harden. Chilling will speed up hardening. Break into pieces with hands. |
