"CHUCK ROAST" | |
4 lb. beef chuck pot roast, cut 1 1/2" thick 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. olive oil 1 med. onion, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 garlic, chopped Combine all ingredients, pour over lean meat to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator, turning meat several times. Remove meat from marinade and place on grill over medium hot coals for about 20 minutes each side. To serve warm the marinade and spoon marinade over roast. |
