GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 regular cans green beans 1 regular can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 stick butter 1/2 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing 1/2 c. sweet onion, grated 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped Combine beans, soup, 1 cup of stuffing, cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper and Ranch dressing in a 2 quart casserole dish. Melt stick of butter and combine with remaining cup of stuffing. Spread this over top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until dressing browns and mixture begins to bubble. (You can mix 1 can of beans with 1 can of kernel corn for variety.) |
