CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
2 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler. Add the sugar gradually until it is blended and sandy in texture. Add the salt and milk. Cook until the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
