EVER-SO-EASY FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 (28 oz.) mince meat
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 10 inch fluted or tube pan. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Glaze and garnish as desired.

To store cake, cool thoroughly; wrap well in aluminum foil and refrigerate or freeze.
