SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
1 bunch green onions
1 lg. bell pepper
Parmesan cheese
3 ribs celery
Mayonnaise
1 can Petit Pois peas
Bacos

Tear lettuce into small pieces, place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Chop vegetables, place in layers on top of lettuce. Drain peas, put on top of vegetables. Spread 1 cup mayonnaise over this. Sprinkle with 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Over tightly and refrigerate at least 24 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle bacos over top.
