1 lb. hot sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
2-1/2 c. Bisquick

Cook cheese in top of double boiler over hot water, stirring frequently until melted. Place sausage, cheese and Bisquick in large bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
